When did the term ‘rape porn’ become an issue?

A woman who used to watch lesbian porn is taking legal action against a website that claims to be a “rape porn” site.
The woman, who did not want her name used, claims she watched lesbian porn when she was a teenager.
The lawsuit, filed in California on Monday, claims the website is a “pornographic exploitation site” and the woman’s “sexuality and identity are being used against her in a manner that violates her First Amendment rights”.
“The Plaintiff has a constitutional right to watch and experience lesbian pornography,” the lawsuit reads.
“The Defendants are using the Plaintiff’s sexual identity to create a pornographic exploitation site, and are attempting to destroy Plaintiff’s reputation, reputation and career.”
The woman has also taken legal action over the website, claiming it’s a “fraudulent business” and a “criminal enterprise”.
A spokesman for the website did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
